Mopars Unlimited Spokane began as Lilac City Mopars in 1999 with a group of people that wanted a Mighty Mopar club that was fair, fun, family oriented and to be able to share the knowledge and Technical information with each other.
We have years of experience with other clubs as: Mopars Unlimited Spokane Chapter, Mopars Unlimited Colville Chapter, Inland Empire Muscle Car Association, Cruizers of Colville, Cruisers of Deer Park, and Mopar Enthusiasts of Spokane.
We have a Founding Member Committee that consists of the first 13 club memberships. These members worked together to get this Club going and will continue to oversee the club as long as Mopars Unlimited Spokane exists.
In the summer 1999 we began to meet to organize with officers, by-laws, legal aspects of becoming a non-profit with the State of Washington and the IRS.
By March 2000 we elected Officers, set up club By-laws and incorporated with the State of Washington as non-profit.
Our Goal is to promote the restoration and preservation of vehicles produced by the Chrysler Corporation.
In years past, we as a club have participated in many Auto Speed Shows, club car shows, numerous road trips to other shows as far as Columbus, Ohio to the Mopar Nationals, club car washes, club work parties, pot luck dinners and holiday parties.
We have Mopars Unlimited Spokane club T-shirts and hop to soon have jackets and hats. A newsletter, with classifieds and also a new web site.
